Architectural Bronze Spring-Loaded Meeting Stile Astragal / Weatherstrip

This spring-loaded bronze meeting stile astragal installs neatly into a 3/4" deep kerf on the edge of a door to create an adjustable, high-performance seal. The protrusion of the weatherstrip can be precisely tuned by loosening and tightening concealed screws along its length—hidden beneath the pile brush once installed—for a perfect fit between French doors or between a single door and its jamb.

The pile brush forms a reliable barrier against drafts, dust, moisture, fumes, light, and sound, while allowing smooth door movement with minimal friction.

Made of Architectural Bronze (Brass) in the standard mill finish, it will develop a warm antique patina over time. Also available in polished unprotected brass and dark oil-rubbed bronze finishes.
