Policy
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. Full credit issued if returned in new condition within this time period. Exceptions noted below.
Returns of Emtek products will have a 25% restocking fee.
No credit on custom orders, including custom lengths of weatherstrip, tinted paint, and made-to-order thresholds as examples.
No credit on items returned damaged because of insufficient repackaging. Please repackage your returns carefully.
Please order samples before ordering large quantities of anything. Returns are costly to us, when returning large quantities or large dollar values, we may assess a restocking charge.
We do not refund shipping costs.
Of course, we would accept returns of any item sent in error.

When we receive your qualifying return in new condition, we will issue a refund to the card that you used to pay for the order.
If you are unable to print the return form, you may instead include with your return a copy of your packing slip, a note indicating which items you are returning, and the reason for your return.
