- Kilian Hardware collects personal information when you place an order or call or fax or email us and provide us with this personal information.
- When orders are placed electronically through the website, your credit card information is never viewed by any Kilian's employee, nor is it ever stored on any computer owned or operated by Kilian hardware. We can only bill your credit card once for each order placed. We cannot re-use a credit card number at a later date.
- When orders are placed over the telephone, your credit card information is keyed only into a credit card terminal and no record is ever made of your credit card. We are unable to re-use a credit card number at a later date because no record is ever made of it.
- Kilian Hardware uses information for the following general purposes: to fulfill your orders for products, contact you regarding quotes and replying to information requests. Kilian Hardware does not make unsolicited sales calls or send unsolicited emails for advertising or marketing purposes.
- Kilian Hardware may provide to United Parcel Service some of your personal information, including your address, telephone number and email address. Your email address is used only for shipment notification purposes. Your delivery address and telephone number will be printed in plain sight on the outside of any box delivered by UPS.
