Bronze Copper Insect Screen Sample

Small sample piece of bronze copper insect screen.

We use this bronze screen most frequently in wood screen doors, not only for its longevity, but for its aesthetic appeal. Also suitable for casement window screens and other wood screens. May not be suited for use in aluminum frames.

Alloy: 90% copper 10% zinc. (Alloy 220 Commercial Bronze.)

Wire Diameter: 0.010 - 0.012 inch.

Openness: 68.5% - 71%.

Fabric Thickness: 0.0288 - 0.030 inch.

Coated with a clear acrylic coating after weaving to retard tarnishing.

Sample piece measures approximately 3-7/8" tall x 2-5/8" wide.
