Kilian Hardware has an excellent reputation in the Historic Preservation World. I am glad I found Kilian; and I plan on doing more business with them in the near future. Overall, I am happy with Kilan. The only complaint I have about Kilian is their customer service (via phone and e-mail) was very rusty. I am giving them a lot of room since they are a small business; however, this will always be a setback for them when I do comparison for future orders.
