Double swinging floor hinge for old-fashioned kitchen doors.

The bottom corner of the door is removed to provide space tor the mounting of this hinge. The door will automatically close except when the door is opened 90 degrees at which point it will hold open. The door may be closed again by pushing it closed past the 90 degree point at which point it will close automatically. The spring's tension is fully adjustable to accommodate heavy or light doors. The door's weight is borne by ball bearings for ease of operation. Superior in design and construction to many antique versions.

Provided with top pivot, tension wrench, and all necessary fasteners.

Dimensions:
 > Cutout size: 8-1/2" x 1-1/2",
 > Base size: 2-3/4" x 3-1/4".
 > Decorative cover plates: 9-3/4" x 2-1/2".
 > Fits doors 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick.
