Spring mechanism (concealed underneath) is stainless steel for corrosion resistance.

No other sash lock that we have tried has the precise spring action that this lock has.

Narrow strike is suitable for any sash, even double-glazed insulated sash with narrow check rails.

Lock: 1" x 2-7/8".

Strike: 7/16" x 2-7/8".

Center to Center screw hole measurement is 2-3/8" for both lock and catch.
