Economy shipping is meant to provide a lower cost option, and orders with this method will be sent via the carrier of our choice. Our carriers include USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
Expedited orders are prioritized and ship first. Expedited shipping methods are available with 1, 2, and 3 business day delivery timelines. The carriers and service methods for 1 day expedited orders are FedEx Standard Overnight, UPS Next Day Air, and FedEx Priority Overnight. The carrier and service methods for 2 and 3 day expedited orders may include UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail, UPS 3 Day Select, FedEx Express Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air Saver, FedEx 2 Day, UPS 2nd Day Air, FedEx Standard Overnight, UPS Next Day Air Saver, FedEx Priority Overnight, and UPS Next Day Air. Orders with 2 and 3 day expedited shipping options may arrive in 2 or 3 business days respectively or less.
We make every attempt to ship orders as quickly as possible, prioritizing expedited orders for immediate shipment. While we try to ship expedited orders right away, due to carrier pickup schedules, expedited orders placed after 11:30 am E.T. may not ship the same day. While they deliver promptly the vast majority of the time, FedEx, UPS, and USPS can experience delays, and packages sometimes arrive late.
We do not ship all items by air. Items that cannot ship by air, such as paint, may not have expedited shipping options available.
We ship internationally, all over the world. Please select from the shipping options available in your area, and we will send your order via the carrier and method you select. EU businesses: please provide your EORI number at checkout. Note that we do not ship paint or other liquids outside the US and Canada.
International customers are responsible for paying customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and brokerage charges, if required, in addition to shipping charges collected at checkout.
For orders over $400, a signature may be required for package delivery. Typically, for residential addresses, you may sign for your package at the time of delivery or opt out via a note left on your door. For business addresses, a direct signature may be required. The signature requirement ensures that the package is delivered to the correct address and is not stolen by porch pirates. To opt out of the signature requirement, please write a note in the comments box under the shipping header at checkout.
Packages may be delivered any day of the week, depending on the carrier and method you select and if you have a residential or business address.
