Small Cremone Bolt with Egg-Shaped Knob in Antique Brass
Gruppo RomiMost popular antique brass cremone with egg-shaped knob in a smaller size suitable for windows and cabinets up to 84" tall. Upon installation, rods may be cut to size.
See the larger model for doors here. Also available in Polished Brass, Lacquered; Polished Brass, Unlacquered; Satin Brass; Oil-Rubbed Bronze; Polished Nickel; and Satin Nickel.
Made in Argentina.
These are functioning cremone bolts. The knob turns clockwise almost 180 degrees retracting or extending the rods 5/8" at each end. When the rods are in the extended position, they enter the strike plates, and the door or window is held shut.
For outswinging windows, make sure there is sufficient room for the knob to turn 90 degrees without hitting the window stop or pinching your fingers.
Includes: functioning cremone case with knob, two rods, five rod guides (which may be used as surface strikes), one mortise strike, one universal strike, one angle strike (for outswinging applications), and screws.
Extra rod guides and strikeplates may be ordered separately. May be special ordered in Burnished Nickel; Old Bronze; Burnished Brass, Unlacquered; Polished Gold; Matte Gold; Satin Gold; Verdi Bronze; and Antique Silver. May be special ordered with longer rods for any size opening.
