For outswinging windows make sure knob can turn 90 degrees without hitting window stop or pinching fingers.

These cremone bolts are partially handmade, which gives each piece unique character and subtle irregularities that reflect the craftsmanship behind them.

Dimensions:
 > Box size 4-5/16" tall x 1-1/4" wide x 2-5/16" total projection.
 > Knob 2-5/16" tall x 1.32" wide.
 > Upper rod measures 43-1/4".
 > Lower rod measures 39-3/8".
 > Rod width 1/2".
 > Knob turns clockwise almost 180 degrees retracting rod 5/8" at each end. Maximum extended length 84-3/4"
 > This cremone uses the same part for the rod guides and surface strikes. Each cremone is provided with 5 of this part. For the 1200 (smaller) series, the rod guide/surface strike measures 1-1/4" wide and 13/16" tall.
 > Provided with 1 each of universal, mortise and angle strikes.
The universal strike for the 1200 (smaller) series measures 1-1/2" wide and 1-1/16" deep.
 > The mortise strike for the 1200 (smaller) series measures 1-1/2" wide x 9/16" deep.
 > The angle strike for the 1200 (smaller) series measures 1-1/2" wide x 13/16" deep with a 5/16" lip. Angle strikes are used on outswinging applications.

STRIKE PLATES

Shown are a surface strike/rod guide, universal strike, mortise strike and angle strike. For an inswinging door or window you would generally use either a surface strike or an universal strike at the top. For an outswinging door or window you would generally use an angle strike at the top. Generally, a mortise strike is used at the bottom. Each cremone is packaged standard with one of each type of strike.
