Versalles Cremone Bolt in Antique Nickel
The Versalles Cremone Bolt is a larger, more ornate cremone bolt with ornate rod guides and an egg-shaped knob. Its beautiful style, European heritage, and superier functionality make it one of our most popular cremone bolts.
Shown here is the antique nickel finished bolt. The antique nickel is a satin nickel plated finish that has been given a patina, with the darkest areas in indents. This is an unlacquered finish and will tarnish very slowly, over the course of decades.
Functionally, the Versalles Cremone Bolt is one of our sturdiest cremone bolts with a rack and pinion mechanism and heavy solid rods. It is very strong.
The Versalles cremone bolt can be used on doors, windows, and cabinets. This cremone will fit up to an 99-3/4" opening. It is common to use this cremone bolt on smaller sized openings as well, and the rods are meant to be cut to size upon installation.
Includes: one cremone case, 2 rods, 2 rod guides, 3 end guides/surface strikes, 1 angle strike, 1 universal strike, 1 mortise strike, #8 x 1-1/4" screws, and strike plate screws.
Angle strikes are only used on outswinging doors or windows. If you need the same strike plate at both the top and bottom of the bolt, you will need to order an extra.
