Versalles Cremone Bolt With Intricate Knob
The Versalles Cremone Bolt is a larger, more ornate cremone bolt with ornate rod guides. The cremone bolt here features an intricate oval knob with fine detailing. It has beautiful style, European heritage, and superior functionality.
Shown here is the polished brass, unlacquered finished bolt. This is a highly polished, mirror finish. It is an unlacquered, living finish and will oxidize and patina naturally over time.
Functionally, the Versalles Cremone Bolt is one of our sturdiest cremone bolts with a rack and pinion mechanism and heavy solid rods. It is very strong.
The Versalles cremone bolt can be used on doors, windows, and cabinets. This cremone will fit up to an 99-3/4" opening. It is common to use this cremone bolt on smaller sized openings as well, and the rods are meant to be cut to size upon installation.
These cremone bolts are partially handmade, which gives each piece unique character and subtle irregularities that reflect the craftsmanship behind them.
Includes: one cremone case with knob, 2 rods, 2 rod guides, 3 end guides/surface strikes, 1 angle strike, 1 universal strike, 1 mortise strike, #8 x 1-1/4" screws, and strike plate screws.
Angle strikes are only used on outswinging doors or windows. If you need the same strike plate at both the top and bottom of the bolt, you will need to order an extra.
