I had expected the chain to come on spools; instead I got two boxes with a tangled mess of chain and hardware in each. Kilian should have at least packaged the hardware in a plastic bag or a separate box.

This merchant provides an array of affordable goods for those of us replacing parts of our old wood sash windows. Our old house isnt nearly as old as many others belonging to people who participate in a Yahoo discussion group specific to historic homes (that I belong to), althouth the people were surely pleased to learn about this merchant when the topic of old windows and sash cord came up.
