Extremely well packed so nothing could be damaged or leak. I like that the shipping box was a re-used box in which they had received another product. Less waste. And I enjoyed the pages from their local paper that they used for the padding: both fun to read and a smart re-use. (I got a package from another company the same day that used a new box and a lot of new blank newsprint paper. It was not packed as well and seemed to be a lot of waste.) I'll shop at Kilian again.
