Program Description
Kilian Hardware offers an optional text messaging service to communicate with customers regarding orders, products, and customer service inquiries.
Text messages may include, but are not limited to:

Notifications when special orders are ready for pickup

Updates regarding order status, delays, availability, or other order-related issues

Photographs of products, hardware, or other information relevant to customer inquiries

Responses to customer questions or requests for assistance

Follow-up communications regarding telephone conversations or in-store visits
Customers may also send text messages and photographs to Kilian Hardware for assistance with product identification, selection, orders, or other customer service matters, where supported by our messaging service.
This messaging service is intended for transactional and customer service communications, not marketing or promotional messages.
Consent
Customers may opt in to receive text messages from Kilian Hardware through either of the following methods:

In-store consent: Customers may request text messaging when placing an order or seeking customer service assistance at our retail store. Customers who agree to receive messages have their consent recorded by a Kilian Hardware employee.

Text message opt-in: Customers may opt in by texting START to Kilian Hardware's designated text messaging number, as provided by our employees or displayed in our messaging information.
By opting in, customers agree to receive text messages from Kilian Hardware relating to their orders, products, or customer service inquiries.
Participation is voluntary and is not required as a condition of making a purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on customer requests, order activity, and the nature of customer service communications.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.
Opting Out
Customers may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Kilian Hardware.
After opting out, customers will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive messages through this messaging program unless they opt in again.
Opting In Again
Customers who have opted out and wish to resume receiving text messages may text START to Kilian Hardware's designated text messaging number.
