Good
There are few places that sell window counter-weights, so I can't complain too much. The updated, stackable, square iron pieces of varying weights seems to work well so far. Remedying the problem of a window sash not staying up, being heavier than the old window weights, was made easy by the new system. Kilian mistakenly sent me only half of my order. When brought to their attention, they quickly sent me the rest of the order, no questions asked.
