CW05 Large 5 lb. Sash Counterweight

There are few places that sell window counter-weights, so I can't complain too much. The updated, stackable, square iron pieces of varying weights seems to work well so far. Remedying the problem of a window sash not staying up, being heavier than the old window weights, was made easy by the new system. Kilian mistakenly sent me only half of my order. When brought to their attention, they quickly sent me the rest of the order, no questions asked.

I’d been looking around for sash window pulleys and weights and not having much, if any, luck. You see, this type of window hardware is outdated. Not only did I find what I needed, but they got back with me and made me to realize that by not giving them a physical address (I'd given my p.o. box), I'd be paying a higher rate. I'd definitely recommend this store.
