This lockable casement window fastener offers both security and ventilation in a thoughtfully engineered design. Ideal for single, outswinging windows, it allows the sash to be secured in either of two partially open positions—3/8" or 3/4"—for controlled airflow while still maintaining safety.

The fastener locks into place with a concealed set screw, operated using the provided hex key. Once engaged, the fastener cannot be opened without unlocking, making it an excellent choice for first-floor windows or homes where secure ventilation is desired.

Shown in Imperial Bronze, this fastener is also available in a wide range of finishes including Polished Brass, Satin Brass, Antique Brass, Chrome, Nickel, Matte Black Chrome, and others.
