Lockable Ventilating Casement Window Fastener

Lockable casement window lock that allows the window to be locked in slightly open positions for ventilation.

Fastener is locked by turning concealed set screw counter clockwise with provided hex key.

Intended for single outswinging window only.

Shown in Imperial Bronze finish. Also available in polished brass, satin brass, antique brass, chrome, nickel, real bronze, etc.

Dimensions:
 > Attachment plate measures 11/16" x 2-3/8".
 > Strike plate measures 9/16" x 2-3/8" x 7/8" projection.
 > Overall handle length 5-1/2".
 > Projection 2-1/8".
 > Ventilating positions 3/8" or 3/4" open.
