DIRECTIONS

SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING. Remove protective cap. Hold container upright and aim opening away from people. Push button down to spray. Keep nozzle at least 36 inches from surfaces or fabrics to avoid possible staining. Remove pets and birds and cover fish aquariums before spraying.

 

CLOSETS Treat cracks and crevices of closets, chests, and trunks where the fabrics are being stored. Treat the cracks and crevices at the rate of two seconds per linear foot. When applied as directed on fabric and in storage areas the treatment will offer protection for 6 months. To insure protection inspect the fabric in the storage area once every three months. Repeat application only when necessary. Avoid heavy applications. When possible make applications outdoors. If application is made indoors, do not remain in treated areas. Ventilate the area after treatment is complete.

 

CLOTHES AND BLANKETS should be dry cleaned or washed before treating. Hold the container 14 to 18 inches from the fabric and apply the spray while moving evenly in a forward and back motion across the fabric while covering one foot per second. Spray the fabric surface until it is slightly moist or damp to the touch. When possible treat both sides of the fabric. For maximum protection place treated fabrics after drying in plastic or paper bags.

 

CARPETS, RUGS, AND DRAPERIES should be cleaned by thoroughly brushing before treating. Treat as in directions for Clothing and Blankets.

 

SPECIAL NOTE: Prior to use, be sure to test for staining on delicate or expensive fabrics by applying to an inconspicuous area.

    I live in the Los Angeles area, but I order hard-to-find stuff from Kilian Hardware in Philly. Not only are their prices better that what I can find here in L.A.,(and thats when I can find it here), but even with shipping costs factored in, their products are still less expensive. Its too bad that the big-box Home Depot type of stores have put so many old-school hardware stores out of business, especially here in L.A., so I really hope Kilian will stay in business for many years to come. They are truly a gem of a store, a REAL hardware store. Someday I wish to travel to Philly to see all the 1776 sites of our great country, but I also plan on dropping in on Kilian while I'm there.
