Old-fashioned turnpiece for mortise locks and mortise bolts.
Shown in polished brass unlacquered finish.
Backplate is 1-3/16" wide and 1-3/4" tall. Turnpiece is 1-5/16" tall with a 15/16" projection. Shaft extends 1-1/2" into door and may be shortened with a hacksaw. Turn can be removed from backplate and can be installed on an escutcheon. Shaft is 3/16" square on the diamond.
Hint: Can be installed with this mortise bolt. To keep pets in a kitchen, install 2 turnpieces with this mortise bolt.

This part is the EXACT replacement for the interior side of old Corbin mortise locksets, only have to cut shaft to fit. The finish is awesome!
