Used with old-fashioned wood storm windows. Allows window to be tilted open at the bottom for ventilation purposes.
Window can be locked closed by swinging arms 180 degrees.
Adjuster easily snaps off to allow for screens to be hung in summer. Snaps back on when its time for storm windows again.
Set includes one left hand and one right hand adjuster. Provided with screws and center pull.
Length open: 9-3/8".
Zinc plated steel, stainless steel, brass and fiber components. Made in China.
