Excellent customer service. My order was confirmed by Kilian almost right away, along with tracking information, expected date of delivery, etc. The merchandise (plaster tacker washers) are better quality than I thought they would be. Pricing was right on target. I will definitely use Kilian again, especially for difficult to find items.

i looked all over locally for plaster washers, none to be had in the Big Box Stores or Mom and Pop hardware stores. then i went on the internet. Kilian Hardware, by far, had the best price. Delivery was extremely quick, even in the Xmas season. i am very pleased with the transaction and will look to them first for other hard-to-find items.
