Everything went very well and I received my order in a few days without any problems....They were only one of about three venders that actually had the product I was looking for. Great service...

No delays. I called to find out when package was shipped because the e-mail notification for shipment was delayed and they were very helpful and able to tell me right away when it was shipped. I found it easier to buy what I wanted from them even though what I was looking for was available in town where we have Rejuvenation Hardware. Thanks, Bill Wagner
