1-1/4" Spring Bronze Weatherstrip Kit

I recently purchased some spring bronze weatherstripping for my antique house. I could have done a little better on price, however the installation tips and product on their website, more than made up for the pennies I could have saved. My purchases came in a very timely manner and included a personal contact name and number for information and future orders. I have passed their web information on to other friends and family (as well as my contractor) and would not hesitate to do so again in the future. A very positive shopping experience!

Because I build homes that require rather distinct materials and hardware, it is nice to know there is someone just a click away. I appreciate the selection of hard to find items. Kilian is what the local hardware stores used to be!

I thought the prices were reasonable and they were very speedy about packaging and shipping the items. My only problem was that when I received the weatherstripping kit I ordered, the lock strip was half of their standard length, which they neglected to mention on their website. I notified them of the problem by telephone and I notice they have updated their website already. They would have really won me over if they sent me a standard length one on the house, but maybe I expect too much. Other than that, very happy with my experience.

I am so glad that a friend told me about Kilian Hardware (wish Id know about it years ago!) Great prices on lots of things I need for our 1911 Bungalow restoration. But even more to their credit, one of the items I last ordered I was having trouble figuring out how to install, and they sent me guidance, and said if I still need help, give them a call and they will talk me through it. Very kind and helpful!

It was nice to have a product described well, customer service available and all at a fair price. The product purchased is very, very difficult to locate. Hats off to Kilian Hardware!!!
