Product quality and service
We always turn to Kilian Hardware when we need specialty items for our old home. The bronze weatherstripping is very high-quality and a great addition. It’s difficult to find any other place with such a wide variety of specialty items. Most importantly, their customer service is superb; They promptly replaced an item that had been damaged by the post office. Kilian is certainly the store that we look to first for these items.
