1-1/4" x 100' Spring Bronze Weatherstrip

I love this store!

Ordered 100 ft of 1 1/4 spring bronze weatherstripping and copper plated nails. Ordering was easy. Shipping was reasonable. Arrived in a week. I will not hesitate to order from Kilian's again.

I could have gone to my local ACE Hardware store to get spring bronze weatherstrip, but for one it's not bronze it's brass, and two they only sell it in 17 foot strips. Even though I can get it same day, it's not very economical, and doesn't look as nice. A 100' roll was pretty reasonable on price even after shipping. Plus when ordering nails I had the option of getting bronze nails instead of the steal ones. I have a whole house to do, and I know I'll be back later to order another roll and more nails. Thanks!

Unfortunately, my name was misspelled and the wrong address put on the shipping label, although my instructions were clear and correct. I had to track down the package with my neighbour's good graces. The product is very good and exactly as advertised.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank and highly recommend Kilian Hardware for their professionalism, first-class customer service and, most importantly, their high quality products. I urge everyone reading this review to BUY BUY BUY from this company and refer to friends them freely and often. Their products are higher quality and longer lasting than the sham replacement products found at the big box stores, and the upfront cost is almost identical. Further, the long term cost savings are huge. For example, the bronze weather stripping I ordered from Kilian Hardware costs the exact same as the plastic v-channel weather stripping found at Home Depot, dollar for dollar, while the bronze weatherstripping looks better, lasts for 100 years and the plastic v-channel needs replacement every 1-3 years. Even the kerf style weatherstripping needs frequent replacement and warps wood doors due to front-side pressure. It's all a scam by the big box stores to! That's why you can't find the good stuff Kilian offers anywhere. Companies like this deserve our support and continued patronage. I am a lifelong, loyal customer and you should be too.
