Killian has all kinds of things that the owner of a 100-year-old house might need--things that one cannot easily find elsewhere. The website is helpful; packing is careful; shipping is prompt. My only wish: that they'd put even more of their merchandise on the website.

I was very happy when I received a lock strip with my spring bronze weather stripping that I didn't realize I needed. I discovered the previous installation didn't include one, and that's why there's such a breeze there! Also quick, well packaged and reasonably priced.

I am very happy with my purchase and the price was great. Unfortunately it is very expensive to ship to Canada, but I guess this is not their fault! They do carry unique types of springbronze that I couldn't find in Toronto, however, and it installed very easily.

I could have done a little better on price, however the installation tips and product on their website, more than made up for the pennies I could have saved. My purchases came in a very timely manner and included a personal contact name and number for information and future orders. I have passed their web information on to other friends and family (as well as my contractor) and would not hesitate to do so again in the future. A very positive shopping experience!
