Very happy I found this company. I had to call to clarify some of the hardware I was purchasing nd the staff is very knowledgeable. I received my shipment quickly. In the past, I dealt w House of Antiques, but Kilians is friendlier, knowledgeable and more reasonable. This is my new go-to place for specialty hardware.

Kilian Hardware has great quality products at reasonable prices, and good customer service. I did have one question I submitted along with my most recent order that was not responded to, but they have otherwise always been prompt.

This store is a really great resource for hard to find items. Prices are good, and they ship fast. I just wish they would sell window restoration books, as well as things like ventilation locks.
