I was pleasantly surprised! I knew what I wanted, a narrow backset latch & mortise bolt for a contemporary door I had built. I saw that it was available at Killian Hardware but I had some questions. I called in & spoke to a gentleman in the hardware department who answered all of my questions & recommended some additional parts I would need to make sure that all worked properly.
