Combination Sash Lock and Lift

This is a great sash lock for double hung windows with a fixed upper sash.

Spring loaded sash lock and lift automatically locks window when lower sash is closed. To raise sash, simply push up on the sash lifts and the lock disengages.

Lock is 1-7/8" wide x 1-1/2" tall x 1-5/16" projection.

Strike is 1-7/8" wide x 5/8" tall x 3/4" deep.
