Excellent
Order shipped within 2 hrs of being placed. Delivery was faster than expected. Only "complaint"...Delivery seemed a bit high and only had 1 option. Not enough to keep me from shopping with them again. Overall a Great transaction.

My experience with Kilian Hardware was just fine. It did, hwoever, have one minor glitch. An associate called me because their computer was telling them that my address, which we verified as correctly inputted to the system, was not a deliverable address. He explained that the US Postal service was generating this information, and that this happens all the time. Consequently, my shipment had to go via UPS. That is all OK, but Kilian needs to improve their system or their connection with the Postal Service. My address is and has been a valid US postal service address for at least 13 years.
