I was puzzled at first, as I'd ordered 2 things but only got 1 package with 1 thing. I was wondering when the 2nd item might arrive. After mentioning to my wife, she said, "Oh! 2 packages arrived in the same day. We just left the other package on the carport.” I'm just glad I didn't order snakes from these people. As many times as I walked by that 2nd package on the carport, they'd've surely jumped out of the box and bitten me

I found an obscure item for our older home at Kilian. The website isn't glamorous but it was easy to use and I got the parts I ordered quickly. Shipping was reasonable and was delivered next business day. very nice!

I could not find weatherstripping I needed locally and found Kilian Hardware on line. They had what I needed and hints on how to install to make it easier. Ordering was simple and the product arrived in two/three days.
