To lock storm window securely, swing arms into upward position.
Storm windows can be easily removed and replaced with screens in summer. Adjuster remains attached to window.

Set includes 1 left handed and 1 right handed adjuster, one handle, and attachment screws.

Installation instructions:
> Fasten handle to inside of storm window centered on bottom rail.
> Screw on jamb bracket approximately 10" above sill with one edge even with storm window stop.
> Attach window adjuster to jamb bracket and screw to storm window.
> Tighten nuts to desired friction level.

Operable wooden storms!
These brackets are working well for my new wooden storms. They don't come with installation instructions, but you can find them here in the item description. I wish there was a way to adjust how tightly they pull the storms against the blind stops. Slotted holes on the jam brackets would be great.

I ordered 15 sets of these window adjusters for our wood storm windows that we constructed this summer. Very well made and easy to install and made our storm windows much more secure. I will be back next year to order more.

Excellent customer service! My only very small complaint is that they didn't ship it as quickly as I expected, but the product did get to me in a timely manner. I have since shared with my handyman and others that Killian's is the only place in the US that is still selling vintage hardware for hanging screens.

The storm window mounting hardware that I purchased was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. The order was short one piece of hardware as one of the bags was broken. Other than that however everything about the purchase was easy, prompt and professional! The order was processed and shipped second day for me as I had a deadline to meet and it arrived on time. The price was VERY reasonable as well!
