Mortise Casement Window Lock

Precision heavy duty mortise lock fits standard European sized handles as well as our 2MP handle. Suitable for both inswinging and outswinging windows. Fashioned from solid stainless steel with brass trim. Shown in the locked position. Lock has a 90 degree operation with ball detents to prevent unintentional locking and unlocking.

Shown also with optional 2MP multipoint handle, Rocky Mountain EW108, and LB30 lever. The included strikeplate is in the last photo.

Dimensions:
 > Mortise case measures 4" tall x 1/2" thick and requires a 1.57" deep mortise.
 > Faceplate and Strikeplate measure 5-1/2" tall and 5/8" wide and are .122" thick.
 > Hub has a setback of 1" and is 7mm on the square.
 > Machine screw holes are 1.7" or 43mm apart center to center.
