A friend of mine had an old Ritz Window Cloth that was excellent for cleaning windows. Just by using cold water - no cleaners - this cloth doesnt leave any smears or smudges. This cloth was so old that there wasnt any reference to a web site on the box. I still cant believe how easy the process was - just by looking up the cloth under RITZ. KILIAN HARDWARE listed the Ritz products in a way that was very easy to find what I wanted. Their order form was simple (even for the novice that I am). Once I filled in the order form, it showed me the equivalent cost in CAD, and confirmed my total order. I was e-mailed a confirmation of my order. Kilian Hardware then sent a message once my order had been mailed. The order arrived promptly and well packaged. I am totally impressed.
