This 1-3/4" backset magnetic tubular latch is designed for use on narrow stile doors with passage sets. As the door approaches the jamb, the magnetic latch automatically extends into the magnetic strike plate, securely holding the door closed. Turning the handle retracts the latch, allowing the door to open.
Because the strike plate has no lip, this magnetic latch provides a particularly clean, streamlined appearance.
This latch may be used with knobs or levers.
The finish is flat black.
Recommended for use with Emtek passage sets. When pairing this latch with Emtek, the Emtek spring-loaded spindles should be replaced with a solid spindle (available below).
