Kilian's had a very good price on Felco replacement blades, so I ordered two for a friend who is a landscaper -- that's what she always asks for at Christmastime! I was a bit disappointed when I saw that the price for shipping was $8.50 for shipping -- the blades are lightweight and could easily fit in the smallest of padded envelopes. I mentioned this in the comments, and was pleased to receive a reply from Kilian customer service that they considered my comment valid and would charge only $5.00 for shipping. When my friend received the merchandise in California 2 days later, she commented to me that it had been express-shipped and that I shouldn't have paid extra. Actually, I was never given an option for other shipping methods. So, in the end, Kilian's carries quality merchandise and gets their orders out right away, but I would have preferred being able to choose the shipping method.
