I used to shop in Kilians store 20 years ago. They were always helpful, and never marked up old merchandise so you could always find a deal if you looked in the back of the racks and shelves. Recently I purchased Ritz Flemish Wonder towels #117 from Kilian Hardware. The order was easy to place and the towels were delivered promptly. The towels are wonderful. They are large, super absorbent and are available in lots of colors. They are super absorbent after the first washing. You dont have to wait for them to be washed and washed to get absorbent. It couldnt have been easier. Im not a frequent Internet shopper but this was very simple. Great service - got in just a couple days. And products I wasnt seeing other places that I had been looking for. I actually was looking for a certain Ritz product but they didnt have it and had a substitute which I decided to try. Its good - but dont like it as much as the Ritz product I had before.
