Ritz towels are no longer offered in department stores in my city. Ritz towels are very absorbent, retain their colors and are reasonably priced. I was so happy to find them on line at Kilian Hardware.

The items arrived promptly, as ordered. The ordering process (web site) was a little awkward - if I remember correctly, I couldnt hit a button and return to shopping to order my next item. I had to use the back button. I appreciated the availability of a hard to find product.

The package itself was packed with care and the items neatly folded with the receipt inside. On-line ordering can sometimes be a 'hit and miss' proposition but that is certainly not the case with Kilian.
